Submission Times Two by Claire Thompson Reader Reviewed by Theresa
Submission Times Two once again Claire Thompson tests the bounds of my comfort zone and comes out the winner. Of course this was m/m/m so of course I was going to read it no doubt about it, and all I can say is wow, extremely hot and in my opinion sweet, but not for the faint of heart. This isn’t by any stretch of the imagination Light BDSM, but not what I’d call hard core either. It will definitely test the bounds of your acceptance. But still when it comes down to the end this is a romance and a very good one at that!!

Dolphin Dreams By Jules Jones Reader Reveiwed by Theresa
Dolphin Dreams by Jules Jones can be purchased at Loose Id.
This book had been sitting on my eReader for awhile and once I started reading I’m trying to figure out why I hadn’t read it before this was a great love story between three men and I was immediately in love with this hunky trio. In the story Martin’s best friend Simon describes their relationship “It is like watching two people getting to know each other, only one of those people is a couple” I couldn’t think of a better way to describe the progression of their relationship… At no time do you ever feel that Martin is a third wheel to the already established relationship that George and Patrick already have in fact I felt right away that these three completed each other.
The only thing that kind of turned me off of the story was the authors obsession with the mentioning of condoms. Safe Sex is a must yes! but I felt as if the author was obsessed with making sure the reader knew without a doubt the trio was using condoms, It was definite overkill in my opinion, especially during one unusual sex scene. I think readers have come to expect a certain leeway with the use of condoms in shifter stories, maybe because it is a way for us to totally escape realities of today’s world.
Despite the overuse of “condom” I thought this was a great read and was sorry to see it end I’d love to see a short story sequel for this trio I could guarantee that I’d buy my copy on release day.

Author’s Blurb:
Martin’s a sexual submissive, but he’s nobody’s doormat. So when he discovered that his boyfriend was already married, he told him to go. When it still hurt weeks later, a seaside break housesitting for a friend seemed just the thing to help him heal.
When he made friends with two dolphins, he was simply grateful for the pleasant company. He didn’t expect to need their help when his small boat was caught in a storm. And he never expected them to ask for payment — or what shape they’d be in when they did so…
His dolphins turning into two handsome men had to be a hallucination, born of concussion and longing. Not just handsome, but the sort of men he wanted — dominant without being domineering, men who were secure enough to consider his needs as well as their own. Doms desperate for a sub who was a real partner, not just someone looking for a few days’ fling. It couldn’t be real, not when it was so much what he wanted.
But it was real. And now Martin has a brand new set of problems to worry about. Two men. Men who aren’t quite men, who have problems of their own…
Publisher’s Note: This book contains explicit sexual content, graphic language, and situations that some readers may find objectionable: m/m/m male ménage, D/s, sex while in shifted form.

Cattle Valley Series by Carol Lynne
(my friend Theresa A. made this beautfiul trailer for Carol and I’m showing it off)
Author Carol Lynne is one of my most favorite authors there is nothing of hers I’ve read I haven’t liked. Carol Lynne has an awesome way with words that make you sit up and take notice – her characters reach out grab you make you want plushies of them all:-) lol
The Men In Love series available at Ellora’s Cave was my favorite and then I stumbled up on Cattle Valley available at Total-E-Bound and that was the beginning of a brand new obsession I bought all five books available at the time and read them all in one weekend crying when I got to the last becasue it was at least a month before the next one came out:-( lol.
There are now a total of 10 books in the Cattle Valley series and with each new book Carol makes me fall more and more in love with the residents of Cattle Valley. Carol isn’t afraid to address the issues of real life and still make you believe that Happily Ever After is attainable.
If your looking for a good book to read one the will make you feel like your right there in the middle of it all and one that will keep you coming back for more then I suggest anything written by Carol Lynne. If you want the one I love the most then go for Cattle Valley.
Check out the Cattle Valley Website, take a tour of the town, meet the residents and sign up for the Township Gazette to get all the latest gossip and hot going’s on.

Truth or Dare by Jenna Byrnes – f/f
Fools Gold by Jenna Byrnes – f/f
(These novels are stand alone titles which includes characters created by Carol Lynne in the Cattle Valley Series)
For those of you who love reading in order like me, book one of Cattle Valley is the story of Nate, Rio and Ryan – if you want the beginning of their story you need to read the Good Time Boys series – I suggest this for the most reading enjoyment…BUT… I started the series before I know that CV was a spin-off from the GTB series and was able to follow along just fine. Carol writes most of her books to stand alone as much as possible reading in order is only suggested to get the most reading enjoyment from her books
Come back in April when I interview Carol Lynne. Learn more about the author as well as her new and old releases.
Polar Reaction by Claire Thompson Reader Reviewed by Theresa
This book is available for purchase Tuesday March 3, 2009 through Samhain Publishing
Well most of you know my motto the only thing better then m/m is m/m/m.
Polar Reaction is now my most favorite book by Claire Thompson, you can’t help but fall in love with this story…
Claire writes an emotionally packed love story between three men that will make you weep, laugh and cuss. They don’t fall in love to fast or to easily, she makes them work for it. Nothing comes easy, but if they didn’t have to work at it, it wouldn’t be worth it. Claire inserts just enough reality to make the story believable but not to much to turn off the readers who want a love story they can escape into.
Tucker has been in love with Brendan, since a previous job the two of them worked together and Brendan has feeling for Tucker but he is a loss as to what they are or how to express them. Jamie is attracted to them both.
Being trapped in the Antarctic brings strong emotions and some jealousy to the forefront. Will the three of them find a common ground and what happens when they are rescued and return to ‘real life’
Brendan is the one to run scared, determined that his feelings were a result of the highly charged emotions of being trapped and the possibility of not being rescued. He leaves the other two men to find a life without him. Tucker and Jamie try and go in with their lives, but can there be a them without Brendan in it? Can Brendan admit who he is and what he really wants in time to salvage his relationship with the two men he is falling in love with?

Author’s Blurb:
A passion hot enough to melt a glacier. A love that shakes them to the core…
The savage Antarctic winter is closing in, and three research scientists are scheduled for the last flight out—until an unexpected blizzard traps all three of them in the compound. There’s Tuck, who only joined the project to be close to sexy-but-straight Brendan, the man of his dreams. And Jamie, who has always admired the other two from afar.
Thrown into a dangerous situation, the three of them turn to each other for survival, solace…and more. As Brendan overcomes his confusion over his impulses, the trio begin a sexual exploration that explodes into passion and unbridled lust.
Yet once the rescue helicopter airlifts them to safety, Brendan comes to his senses, returning home to his carefully constructed, closeted life. But there’s a Brendan-shaped hole left behind in Tuck’s and Jamie’s hearts. There’s only one way to fill it—by breaking through Brendan’s reserve to reclaim the man they both love.
Warning: Dangerously hot m/m/m ménage sex will melt the layers of ice and snow keeping three sexy scientist prisoners on the edge of the world. Peek through your fingers at scorching sex between three men—the possibilities are endless!
